Contact and driver details (name, ID document, date of birth, nationality, address, phone and email) to manage the booking, comply with traveller registration regulations (RD 933/2021) and issue the corresponding invoices.

Payment details: processed directly by Redsys; we never store card numbers.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is the performance of the rental contract and compliance with legal obligations. Data is kept for the periods required by tax and traveller registration regulations.
