Club FAQs
Does joining the Club cost anything?
No, it's free forever. All you need is an email and a password.
Do points expire?
Points don't expire as long as you make at least one booking every 24 months.
I booked before I had an account — do I lose those points?
No. When you sign up with the same email as your bookings, we recognise them and their points are added automatically.
How do I move up a tier?
We look at your activity over the last 12 months: rentals, nights or spend. As soon as you reach a threshold, you move up and we let you know by email.
Can I pay for a whole booking with points?
Points cover up to 50% of the total. If you're a Nómada member and your booking is 7+ days, you can pay for it entirely with points and the 7th night is free.
