Frequently asked questions

The main driver must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid category B licence for a minimum of 2 years. With a standard car licence (B) you can drive all our vehicles.

Choose your vehicle and dates, add any extras you want and pay the deposit by card through the secure Redsys gateway (100%, or half with Flex cancellation if pick-up is more than 60 days away). You'll receive your booking reference and confirmation by email straight away.

300 km per rental day are included in the price (they add up: 10 days = 3,000 km). Additional mileage is charged separately on return.

Included pick-ups are from 11:00 to 13:00. The latest return time is 17:00. Outside those times a supplement applies (€40 for pick-up; €20/hour if the return is late).
