How does the cancellation policy work?

Basic cancellation, included in every hire

• If you cancel 45 days or more before pick-up, we refund the full amount to your card. With fewer than 45 days there is no cash refund: what you paid turns into a rental voucher for 100% of what you paid, valid for 12 months for any vehicle at any depot.
• You can change dates up to 21 days before pick-up. Each change carries a €25 administration fee, plus the fare difference if the new dates are more expensive.
• Fewer than 21 days before pick-up, changes are no longer accepted and no voucher is issued for the deposit.
• With basic cancellation, payment is made in full (100%) at the time of booking; there is no second payment before departure.

Flex cancellation, for €5/day

• From the moment you book until 21 days before pick-up, free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit to your card.
• Date changes up to 7 days before, with no administration fee (you only pay the fare difference, if any).
• Fewer than 21 days before, the Basic cancellation terms apply: the deposit turns into a 12-month voucher.
• The Flex amount is calculated per rental day and is non-refundable, whether you cancel or not.

How to cancel or change your dates

1. 1. Message us on WhatsApp or email rent@autocaravanaselglobo.com with your booking reference.
2. 2. We'll confirm in writing what you're entitled to, based on the option you booked and the date you contact us.
3. 3. If a refund applies, it's paid back to the same card you paid with; if a voucher applies, it arrives by email with its code and expiry date.
